Custom props, studio rentals and shipping of any product(s) will be expensed to the client.
Step 2: We'll schedule a Zoom call to discuss the project, your goals and the timeline.
Step 3: We'll then prepare a proposal and contract for your review. Once you're ready to move forward we will send over a contract for the project and an invoice link to submit your deposit.
Step 4: Prior to the shoot day. We will create a project brief outlining the content strategy & list of deliverables(photos & videos)
Step 5: The fun begins. We will shoot & edit all your content, then send you a preview for your review.
Step 6: Once the content is finalized & approved, we will send you a Dropbox link to all your new content.
Step 7: Last, you're free to post your content as you wish.

Our packages vary and are custom made for each client based on their project goals & the amount of content creation work. Fill out the form on the contact page to view our package & pricing guide.
For content creation a nonrefundable 25% deposit is required prior to booking your service. The final deposit is required to receive your final, edited photos & videos.
The time is dependent on the amount of deliverables(number of photos & videos) and the time to shoot & edit all of the content.
For projects that need less than 3 days return time, a 10% rush fee will be added to the final order.
Sure! We do require you to fill out the form on the contact page. That way you can view the proposal prior to scheduling.
Your project & social media goals. Brand assets if you need any logos or custom typography & graphics, to be added to your video.
If you are showcasing a product(s), you will need to ship it to us.
Things can get pretty busy, so we ask that you book at least one month In advance so we can secure your spot in our schedule. If you need your content as soon as possible, send us an email anyway and we will see what we can do to help.
